At Bhava Doula we honor our mamas with a blessing way, a sacred gathering that honors, supports and prepares the new family through the transition into parenthood. It is a ceremony rooted in Native American traditions, focusing on  empowering the mother-to-be. Through ancient rituals, blessings, and sharing, the blessingway celebrates the woman's journey, strengthens her connection to her community and the new life developing within her, and offers love, support, and positive energy for her upcoming birth. A more mindful, authentic and intimate version of a baby shower. This can also be done after birth.
